Eating for Two: Healthy Nutrition Through Pregnancy

This time is the most important to treat your body well, including proper nutrition. Eating for Two is a 2.5-hour class that provides moms-to-be with science-based, practical information about nutrient needs during pregnancy. In this class, you will learn about essential key nutrients, healthy food sources and food pairing for enhancing your body and baby's use of your food, meal planning, serving sizes, tips on how to handle GI issues from heartburn to nausea, and more.

Tai Chi Easy™: Mindful  Movement for Maternity


Tai Chi Easy (TM) is a low-impact, easy practice for mindfulness, and is a relaxing "moving meditation" that can improve mood, blood pressure, balance, immune function, and much more. 

REGISTRATION REQUIRED.  Class packages sold in blocks of 12. Drop-in rate $10 a class (only available after first week of 12-day package begin date).
